Weight Issue?

You need to do something about your food. You need to eat the appropriate amount for your weight. My biggest problem (5'2 and weigh around one sixty) is the way I eat, if I eat too little, I blow up like a balloon. And especially if you're exercising, you need more food or you'll just gain it instead of losing it. Consider consulting a nutritionist or a doctor.
