Sugar glider help!!!???!!!?

ok so i want to get a sugar glider in like a year and I want a sugar glider owner to tell me (in detail) how to take care of it best, especially the diet as pets. i have read online and in books and there are so many conflicting diet plans and they are really confusing so how do you take care of your own sugar glider and especially what you feed them. please help and no websites, just explain in your own words.
