What is Wal-mart's dress code?

I worked Wal-Mart 2 years in college and the dress code is khaki pants and a blue shirt, and the shirt has to be dark blue. Where I worked at they enforced this dress code, so I think it really depends on the store and how laid back they are. My managers would actually send people home. I no for sure NO HATS, NO BACKLESS SHOES, and NO JEANS are allowed. Hopes this helps.
