Does anybody know why the crossbow killer gave himself this name?

There was CCTV in the hallway of his block of flats. A security guard saw him on tape attack the girl, he then went back into his flat, came out with a crossbow and shot her. That is how he was caught. The police think he might have ate parts of bodies but no one has said for sure.
