Anyone know of sites planning on lossless music downloads?

I know of Music Giants, and several others - but Music Giants only allow you to purchase the whole albuim - i'll buy the CD thanks. And anyother websites I've heard dont have a single artist I have heard of. Im looking for fairly mainstream artists: jimmy buffet, rascal flatts - groups or singers most people actually heard of. Rumors of itunes going lossless to the best of my knowledge are just that - rumors.. anyone hear differently?
