Good idea for a scary/suspenseful short story?

Try to add alot more intro and details... describe the woman; describe the past victim, get into the officer life alittle... how does the disappearence affect the girls family how does it affect the officer give him a little girl. and add setting much more setting. but you can defintely build off of that.
