Does your company use SEO?

I am the lead designer for the top SEO company in Chicago ( a href="http://www.directhitsolutions.com" rel="nofollow"http://www.directhitsolutions.com/a ) and I'm still getting into the SEO game. I'm curious to know what percentage of companies are getting SEO done- or if you're company has had it done and what success you've had?
