Can't find this dress?

Well considering that dress was deigned by Georgio Armani, I'm going to ume that it would be extremely hard to find. You could always call a place like Kleinfelds (link below) to see if they know of anything similar to it, they keep up with all the designers really well; but other then that you're just going to have to take the picture with you to dress shops and ask them if they have something similar.
