Can I still keep peace with all my neighborhood if I ask ?

If I ask that they please put their dogs away in the evening because I do my nightly walks and I don't like living by dogs anymore. (we live in the country not in town) I live with my parents so there's not much I can do about that right now until me and my daughter move out on our own, but I am not comfortable around dogs now since one tried to jump on me and bite me last month. I think I will win my case against them and hopefully will have a good down pymt. for the townhouse. Thanks for all your support. Those of you who were rude well u obviously are dog lovers.
