You,ve got it right love ,go for it,some wear knee and elbow pads as well.Make sure you check your skates are ok before you go on.Check the toe stops are tight and the wheels and trucks are tight,have a good blast,it,s one of the best excercises you can do for your bum and thighs.Quads or quadlines are best for roller discos,but if you get the straight inlines just check the wheels properly tightened,you need tighter fitting boots with inlines also.
