What Do You Think of the New Ruling Saying You Have To Specifically Mention You Want To Be Silent Upon Arrest?

As an extreme civil libertarian, I think the idea makes sense. What harm is there in requiring a person to say one sentence, like "I will not answer any more questions without my lawyer?"
