What's the best way to re route the water lines from the concrete slab to the attic?

It's been determined that there are several slab leaks in the house I'm working on. The question is "what's the best way to re route the water lines through the attic"? Pex water line is what I'm leaning to, but I'm unsure about the water line coming from the ground and going into the house. Having an exposed pipe on the outside worries me. What are your thoughts? thanks
