If Floyd Mayweather and Miguel Cotto had fought on July 26, 2008, who would have won?

uming Mayweather did not retire in 2008, and it was him who fought Cotto instead of Antonio Margarito that night, do you think Cotto would have had a chance to end Mayweather's undefeated record? Some people would still want the fight in 2011, and although Cotto is one of my favorites, I think he'd end up being pretty much shut out by Floyd. But in 2008, how do you see that fight happening? I think Cotto would have been able to take some early rounds, but Mayweather would eventually take over the fight as he usually does, and take the decision. I don't think Mayweather would really hurt Cotto at any point, so Cotto would probably keep coming forward, trying to win, but it would be futile.
